Ordering Information
All of our orders are processed through secure shopping cart services provided by Yahoo Stores. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to scramble credit card information between the customer's web browser and the Yahoo server also any information from the Yahoo server to the Fun Baby Toys store.
If you decide to change or cancel your order simply let us know by sending an email to orders@funbabytoys.com. Once your order is packed and shipped we will not be able to make any changes to it. Please note that Gift Wrapping is complimentary and is not included in the price. Some items can not be gift wrapped due to their size and/or weight. We will try to fulfill any requests for occasion and gender specific paper, but can not guarantee that your items will be wrapped exactly as you requested.
As an alternative payment method you can use PayPal to pay for your order. Please note that when using PayPal we will only be able to ship your order to a Confirmed Address.
Sales Taxes
We are located in NYC, all taxable items shipped to the State of New York will be charged an appropriate tax based on the shipping location. No tax will be charged on orders shipped elsewhere.

We offer the following shipping options, please note that transit times are carrier estimates and we can not be responsible for any delays once your order is picked up by a carrier. Please note that heavier/oversized items may require additional shipping:

Free Ground Shipping is only available within Continental United States. Your order will qualify for Free Shipping when the total purchase amount after all discounts and coupons exceeds $70. In order to receive Free Ground Shipping you must select "Ground" as your shipping method during the checkout process.
We will try to ship your order within the time specified on the product page unless the item ordered is not in stock, in which case we will inform you immediately via email. Please note that some items may not be available for immediate shipping and require up to 7 business days to process. Orders that are placed during Weekends or Holidays will be processed on the next business day. We try to carry enough stock of each item listed at Fun Baby Toys, in the unlikely event we do run out of stock and the item you ordered is not available we will re-stock your product within 7 business days and will ship it as soon as we have it.
Fun Baby Toys uses UPS, FedEx and USPS as its carriers, but can use another service upon request. The carrier will be selected based on the destination and the weight of your order. Please note that most shipping carriers do not work on weekends or holidays, please plan accordingly. After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number. If your order can not be delivered for any reason and is returned to us, you will be responsible for all actual shipping costs even if the order qualified for free shipping. If you have a question regarding your order please send an email to orders@funbabytoys.com. International orders are currently accepted on experimental basis and customers will be quoted actual shipping costs after they place an order.
Product Warranties
Fun Baby Toys is dedicated to selling only the highest quality products. If for some reason the item you receive is damaged or has a defect we will try to remedy the problem the best we can. Depending on the issue and the product we may either forward the problem to the manufacturer or attempt to resolve it ourselves by sending a replacement item or any parts required. We may also ask you to ship the item back to us at our expense. As a merchant we will not be able to handle any warranty requests after the initial return policy period of 30 days; however we will be glad to assist our customers with any product issues after that time. If the item you receive is damaged during shipping, a replacement will be sent to you as soon as the damaged item claim is accepted by the shipping carrier used to send this order.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly take the item back for a full refund (minus the shipping cost, customers who received Free Ground Shipping will be charged the actual shipping cost) within 30 days of the date you received your order. Returned merchandise must be in sealed, unused condition in the original box with all documentation, packaging and warranty information included. The original box must also be free of any markings and physical damage. Once the original item is returned, your credit card will be credited for the amount you originally paid (minus the shipping costs). The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return the product. If your return is received in opened, assembled or used condition a 20% re-stocking fee will apply. All returns postmarked more then 30 days after the RMA was issued will also be subject to a re-stocking fee.
In order to return an item contact Fun Baby Toys at returns@funbabytoys.com. Include your name and address along with the invoice # of your order and an explanation for return. Fun Baby Toys will issue an RMA# that must be included in your return. Place a copy of the original packing list inside the box. When returning your order we recommend using a traceable shipping method with insurance to cover any unforeseeable events.
